How Do I Take NOW Foods Magtein?

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules of NOW Magtein daily in divided doses (take 1 capsule of NOW Magtein during the daytime, preferably in mid-afternoon and take 2 capsules of NOW Magtein one hour before sleep).
